Spring Choir Trip 2027!

CHOIR/MISD CONTRACT

THINGS TO REMEMBER OR NOTE:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Trip Insurance can be purchased additionally and is highly encouraged

  • Students in not good academic or behavioral standing with MISD, MHS or MHS Choir can be removed from the trip regardless of made payments or not. This includes students who receive ISS, OSS, Consistent Detentions, Failing Classes, Low Consistent MAP grades etc

  • This trip is first come, first served. We hope to add an additional charter bus if we have enough registrants!

  • The choir department can not use contribution funds or district funds towards a scholarship for the spring trip. However, families that make Angel Donations towards a students trip who is in need of financial assistance can be used.

  • CHAPERONES:

    • Your trip is ½ the cost of the student’s trip but for a double occupancy room (not quad)

    • If you are interested in chaperoning - please email Mrs. Patel ASAP!

  • Be sure to use a personal email (preferably the adult) when registering

  • When registering the "PARTCIPANT” is the traveler and the “BUYER” is the parent/guardian

  • All payments are made directly through the WeTravel website - NOT Melissa ISD or MHS Choir

  • If you want to avoid processing fees and prefer to pay by mail in check - please contact Perform America directly (email Mrs. Patel if you are having any issues!)

  • A best practice is to ask your questions before registering as this is a binding contract!
